Doune Munro Bagging Week: Is it right for you?

The Doune Munro Bagging Week is suitable for most people that enjoy hill walking and have the fitness to climb UK mountains of 3,000ft.

There is some minor scrambling and exposed walking. Lee knows the route incredibly well and will support you over or around any difficulties. Lee also knows routes that avoid difficulties.

There are 6 days of guided walks; 4 or 5 of these will be Munro walks. Every day is optional, so you can choose which days you want to join the walk.

The Munro walks are varied in length from:
- Easiest day: Beinn Sgritheall; 8km, 1,060m ascent
- Toughest day: Sgùrr na Ciche and Garbh Chìoch Mhòr; 22km, 1,650m ascent

NATS can offer support with training if you are concerned about being ready. If you have any questions please don't to get in contact.

Torridon Munro Holiday: Is it right for me?

The Torridon Munros involve some scrambling and exposed walking, which is not for everyone. There are a some route options. We will take routes that are suitable for the group.

Ideally, you will have already been on an adventure with NATS, which has involved some steep ground and exposure, so we will know if the routes are right for you.

If we have not met you before we recommend:
- booking a hike with NATS, so we can help you get ready for the Torridon Munros; contact Lee to discuss a suitable activity
- letting us know what scrambling routes you have done; and whether these were with a guide, and if ropes were used or not
Liatach is mostly exposed walking, there are some unavoidable scrambling sections, but easy routes can be found
